Note: Only when using Hall detection and handle detection, you need to turn on the power. Please replace the battery when the signal light is not bright enough
1. Motor coil detection: Connect the three clips on the motor coil end of the detector to the three thick wires of the motor and turn the motor. The three signal lights flash in turn, which is normal. If any one does not light up, then this winding is faulty.
2. Motor Hall detection: Connect the motor Hall line end on the detector to the motor Hall line, slowly rotate the motor, and the three signal lights should change on and off.
3. When the 60° signal light is on, it means that the motor is 60°, otherwise it is 120°.
4. Motor phase sequence detection: (1) Hall phase sequence (a) 60° motor (b) 120° motor, (2) winding phase sequence
Through this step, the color line alignment of the winding and Hall of the controller and motor can be completed.
5. Turn handle detection: Connect the three clips of the turn handle detection end on the detector to the turn handle and rotate the turn handle. The turn handle signal light should change on and off, otherwise it is a fault.
6. Controller detection: This instrument is suitable for the detection of various brushless controllers:
Connect the controller Hall input terminal to the Hall line terminal of the detector controller
Connect the controller main line output terminal to the main line terminal of the detector controller. Turn on the controller power supply, and the 5V indicator light on the detector should be lit. If it is not lit, it means that the 5V output of the controller is faulty; turn the six signal lights on the detection controller on the turning handle detector to light up in sequence (two signal lights in a group). If it is not lit or two groups flash at the same time, the controller is faulty.
